Mini Health Check

What is it?

Mini Health Check is a general health screen aiming to evaluate your current health status and uncover problems and concerns that you may have in the future. During the Mini Health Check, you will receive a thorough lifestyle assessment and quick, helpful test results. With this information, our Health Care Pharmacist will be able to assess your current health status and screen for major health conditions and risk factors. Such as:

• Diabetes
• Heart health
• Healthy body weight
• Stress relief
• Smoking cessation

What will you learn?

How many of us know how healthy we really are?

Do you know your: 

• blood pressure?
• total cholesterol?
• blood glucose?
• body mass index?

Mini Health Checks give you a snap shot of your overall health. You will be provided with advice and knowledge on how you can better manage your health and wellbeing. 

What tests will be done?

• total cholesterol
• blood pressure
• blood glucose (Also known as blood sugar level)
• BMI(Body Mass Index) (calculated by weight and height measurements)
• Triglycerides (Triglycerides are optional, 8 hours of fasting required).
