Q. How much does it cost to sign up to become a Pharmore Privilege Card Loyalty Club?A. It is FREE to join the Pharmore Privilege Card Club. There are no sign-up fees or ongoing membership costs. Q. I just got married, how do I update my Surname?A. Simply complete a ‘Change of Details Form’ which can be found online or in-store at any Pharmore Pharmacy and you can update your details on the form. Your information will then be updated by a member of our Pharmore Privilege Card Team. Q. I’ve lost my Pharmore Privilege Rewards card. Can I get a replacement card?A. Fill out a ‘Change of Details Form’ in-store at any Pharmore Pharmacy. Mark ‘Lost Card’ on the form and fill in your details. A replacement card will be issued to you immediately in-store. Your details and points accrued from your previous membership card will be transferred onto your new Privilege Card by a member of our Privilege Card Team. Q. I’m moving house soon, how do I update my address?A. Fill out a ‘Change of Details Form’ which can be found online or visit any Pharmore Pharmacy. Mark ‘Change Address Details’. Fill in as much information about yourself as possible including your old and new address on the form. Your details will be updated by a member of our Privilege Card Team. Q. What form do I use to update my details?A. You can update your details by simply completing a ‘Change of Details Form’ which can be found online or in-store at any Pharmore Pharmacy. By updating your details, this will ensure that you receive the latest information including special offers, events and news from Pharmore Pharmacies. Q. Why should I provide my email address?A. You will receive 50 bonus points when you provide us with a current email address during the sign-up process. By providing us with your email address, you will be among one of the first to receive invitations to exclusive events, invitations to sample new products, special offers, member only discounts, plus you’ll receive the latest health and beauty news via email or post. Q. Why should I provide my postal address?A. Pharmore Pharmacies issue $15 Gift Cards to customer’s postal address when they reach 300 points. By providing us with your postal address, you will be eligible to receive exclusive offers and invitations to VIP events at Pharmore Pharmacies. Q. What information is collected about customers?A. Pharmore Pharmacies collects all the information provided on the application form and we also record any purchases made by the customer onto our customer database. Q. Can I access my personal information that Pharmore Pharmacies has on file?A. Yes. Who has access to my personal information?A. Information provided to Pharmore Pharmacies is kept on a secure Database at Pharmore Pharmacies Head Office. Only Authorised personnel can access this information. Pharmore Pharmacies do not sell or provide customer details to any third parties. Q. How do I collect points on my Privilege Card?A. Points are automatically collected on our point of sale system every time you make a purchase and present your Privilege Card. For every $1 dollar spent, you will accrue 1 point on your Privilege Card. Q. Do points have an expiry date?A. There is no expiry date on points earned. Q. What products can I collect points on for my Privilege Card?A. Points are collected for all purchases excluding prescriptions, gift vouchers, products already receiving a discount or for payment of accounts. Q. How do l find out how many points I’ve earned on my Privilege Card?A. You can check your points balance, which is printed on the bottom of your sales receipt. Q. I forgot my Privilege Rewards Card. Can I still add my points onto my card?A. Customers should always be encouraged to carry their Privilege Card with them and present it at the time of sale. In occasional situations where a customer has forgotten to bring their card with them, a senior staff member at the store (Manager or Assistant Manager) may type the customer’s name into the system to allocate the points directly onto your Privilege Card. Q. My spouse or family member has the card can’t you just add on the points?A. Customers are encouraged to always carry their Privilege Card and present it at the time of sale. A senior staff member can put points on the card for this customer. Q. I forgot my card last time but I have my receipt. Can you please add on my points?A. No. Points can only be allocated at the time of sale. Q. I have a 30 day account with Pharmore Pharmacies. Do the points automatically go onto my Privilege Card without presenting the card at the time of sale?A. The points do not automatically go on to the Privilege Card for account holders. You will need to complete a ‘Points Amendment’ form which can be found online or in store at any Pharmore Pharmacy with the card number and name of the account holder. Please attach the sales receipt and send the form to Pharmore Pharmacies Head Office. Q. When are $15 Gift Cards sent out to customers?A. Pharmore Pharmacies issue $15 Gift Cards are sent out every three months (at the end of February, May, August and November). If you are due to receive a $15 Gift Card, this will be mailed out to you at the nominated address on the next Gift Card run. Q. Where are the $15 Gift Cards sent to?A. Pharmore Pharmacies’ $15 Gift Cards are mailed to the postal address that customers provide us at the time of signing up. Q. Why have I not received my last $15 Gift Card?A. Not receiving a Gift Card usually means that the customer did not reach 300 points or the postal address that we have on file is incorrect. However there are a few exceptions. These include: prescriptions, account payments and items which are on special or on already discounted items. Q. How do I know if I will be receiving a $15 Gift Card in the next quarter?A. You can check the bottom of the sales receipt to see if you have accrued 300 points. If you have reached over 300 points, a Pharmore $15 Gift Card will be mailed out to your postal address on the next Gift Card run. Q. Do Pharmore Pharmacies $15 Gift Cards have an expiry date?A. Q. How long do I have to wait to receive my Pharmore Privilege Rewards Card?A. Your Pharmore Privilege Card will be provided at the time of sign-up in-store and is activated for immediate use. If you sign up online, your Privilege Card will be mailed out to you at your postal address in a few weeks upon sign up. Q. Where can customers use their Privilege Card?A. Customers can start using their Privilege Card at any Pharmore Pharmacy and points will be accrued onto your card. Q. The customer asks “My wife has a card, can I get one too?”A. Yes. You can either sign up for a new card for yourself or request to add yourself as an additional card holder onto to your spouse’s account. You can do this by completing a ‘Change of Details Form’ online or in-store at any Pharmore Pharmacy. By becoming an additional card holder, you and your spouse can both work together to earn points. Q. I cannot recall if I have joined the Pharmore Privilege Card program, how do I check this?A. If you have lost your card, you can register for a replacement card by simply completing a ‘Change of Details Form’ which can be found online or in-store. If you are unsure about whether you have previously signed up to the Privilege Card Club, you can join as a new member by completing a ‘Privilege Card Form’ online or in-store at any Pharmore Pharmacy. If you are already a member, your previous details and points will be merged onto your new Privilege Card. Q. I do not wish to be a Privilege Card member anymore, what do I do?A. If you wish to opt out of the Privilege Card loyalty club, all you need to do is complete a ‘Change of Details’ form and mark ‘Remove member from program’. Ensure you provide the card number and as much detail as possible on the form. Cut the card up and discard the card. Q. How many additional card holders can a customer have?A. The maximum number of additional card holders that can be added to a customer’s Privilege Card is two. Q. I no longer wish to receive promotional emails from Pharmore Pharmacies. How do I unsubscribe?A. At the bottom of every email that Pharmore Pharmacies sends to a customer, there is an ‘unsubscribe link’ provided. If you wish to opt out from receiving promotional emails on special offers and events, all you need to do is click onto this web link and your email address will be automatically removed from our database. You will still remain as a Privilege Card customer and you can add a new email address at anytime by completing the ‘Change of Details Form’ online or in-store at any Pharmore Pharmacy. Q. My friend received a voucher for a special offer, but I didn’t receive one, why not?A. Your friend has received a special offer from Pharmore Pharmacies as he or she has either purchased similar products in the past or they have indicated an interest in these products and or services. Q. If I have additional card holders attached to my Privilege Card what happens if I remove them as an additional card holder?A. Additional card holders who are removed from their primary Privilege Card account are automatically set up as independent members of the Pharmore Privilege Card program and can continue to collect points towards their own $15 Gift Cards. |
